Our Clinics allow players and teams to access 8 weeks of training throughout the winter season to keep yourself or your team sharp going into the spring season!

Registration is open to individual players who will be placed in age-appropriate groups or to entire teams who want to continue to train together with a professional trainer.

Our Winter Supplemental classes are broken down into 2 class types:

- Ball Manipulation and 1v1 Attacking & Defending

- Ball Striking, Passing & Receiving

Classes are organized by age groups (7v7, 9v9 & 11v11) and will run back to back on the same evenings so players can attend both classes.

A 15% discount will be applied to the 2nd class should a player wish to participate in both.

Practices will be held @ The Soccer Palace in West Orange.

All sessions will start Tuesday January 14th or Thursday January 16th

Session Details:

7v7 Age Groups (2015, 2016, 2017) - Tuesdays - 1/14/25 - 3/4/25:

- 5:00pm - 6:00pm - Ball Manipulation & 1v1 Attacking and Defending

- 6:00pm - 7:00pm - Ball Striking, Passing & Receiving

9v9 Age Groups (2013, 2014) - Thursdays - 1/16/25 - 3/6/25

- 6:30pm - 7:30pm - Ball Manipulation & 1v1 Attacking and Defending

- 7:30pm - 8:30pm - Ball Striking, Passing & Receiving

11v11 Age Groups (2011, 2012) - Thursdays - 1/16/25 - 3/6/25

- 6:30pm - 7:30pm - Ball Manipulation & 1v1 Attacking and Defending

- 7:30pm - 8:30pm - Ball Striking, Passing & Receiving

SFL Club Winter Select aims to create high-level competitive teams that will train and compete together for 9 weeks from January - March

Teams will compete in a mixture of indoor and outdoor one-day tournaments and events throughout the winter. Final rosters will be announced in November.

Sessions will take place once per week starting the week of January 6th.

Practices will be held indoors at the Soccer Palace in West Orange.

Our Winter Select Program has sold out well in advance of the start date in the last 2 years, for the best opportunity to be placed on a roster please register as early as possible.

Players not part of a current SFL Club team will be required to attend an ID session prior to November to be placed on the appropriate roster. Following registration an SFL Staff Member will reach out to schedule a session.
