🚨 2025/26 Club Leadership Update! We’ve been working diligently to strengthen our leadership team, ensuring that we can continue improving our program and providing an even better environment and experience for our players! Along with recent additions to our girls’ programming, we are thrilled to announce that Tom Bray will be joining SFL Club as our Technical Director starting with the 25/26 season. Tom brings a wealth of experience in coaching and player development from his current role as the Zone 2 Director at STA Soccer. He will be instrumental in shaping and advancing our on-field programming and player development efforts. We’re excited to see the positive impact Tom will make across the entire club this Fall! Tom had the following to say: “I’m incredibly excited to get started in August. SFL is a club I have admired from afar for years. Not only does the club align with my own Youth Soccer philosophy but the coaches and staff at the heart of the club are great people who have always been in it for the right reasons. The club has always been known for nurturing and developing young talent the right way and I’m really looking forward to being a part of that history. We are delighted to introduce Poppy Bignell as our newest member of the coaching staff at SFL Club. Poppy will take the lead as Head Coach for the inaugural season of our U23 women’s team in the summer of 2025. Originally from England, Poppy moved to the US to further her playing career and continue in education, starting at Sussex County Community College, then transferring to Goldey Beacon to finish out her playing career. Moving into her coaching career, Poppy returned to Sussex and helped lead both the men’s and women’s teams to multiple National Tournament appearances. Poppy later became the head coach of D2 program Bloomfield College, making her mark during the programs final season.
